This machine is a double-belt two surface sander, it is used for shaving board, wooden board, MDF, veneer board, high pressure board, cement board, solid board. Equipped with calibrating sanding unit and fine sanding unit.
This machine has two combined sanding unit, it is not only can be used to polish by giving thickness, but also can be used to fine sanding with the sanding pad. Therefore, the surface qualification of the board is in high degree.
The polishing roller of this machine is transacted strictly, dynamically balanced precisely. This can ensure the roller can be used for a long time. The surface of the roller have large spiral groove , reduce the interface ,add pressure, emit heat. This machine has more adjusting unit. Through adjustment, the two surface of the board can be polished with equal data and in high precision. It can remain the precision through compensate mode. The system of feeding adopt stepless speed regulation, it can improve producing efficiency on the basis of the required precision.
